1. Do you accept customization?
Yes, customization is accepted.
(1) We can customize the color of the battery case for you. We have produced red- black,yellow-black,white-green and orange-green shells for customers, usually in 2 colors.
(2) You can also customize the logo for you.
(3) The capacity can also be customized for you, normally within 24ah-300ah.
2. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Normally yes, if you have a freight forwarder in China to handle the transportation for you. One battery can also be sold to you, but the shipping fee will normally be more expensive.
3. What are the payment terms?
Normally 30% T/T deposit and 70% T/T balance before shipment or negotiate.
4. What is the average lead time?
Usually 7-10 days. But because we are a factory, we have good control over the production and delivery of orders. If your batteries are packed in containers urgently, we can make special arrangements to expedite production for you. 3-5 days at the fastest.
5. Do you know how to tell whether the battery is fully charged?
After we charge the battery with the charger, remove the charger and test the voltage of the battery with a multimeter. At this time, the battery voltage should be higher than 13.2V, and then let the battery stand for about an hour. During this period, the battery should not be charged or discharged.After one hour, use a multimeter to test the battery voltage. At this time, the battery voltage should not be lower than 13V, which means that the battery is fully charged.
* Note: Do not measure the voltage of the battery when the charger is charging the battery, because the voltage tested at this time is a virtual voltage, which is the voltage of the charger, and cannot represent the voltage of the battery itself.
