5. How to distinguish whether the battery is good or bad by the internal resistance of the battery?

As the most effective and convenient performance parameter to measure the battery, the internal resistance can reflect the deterioration degree of the battery. The main factors that affect the change of battery internal resistance in daily use are as follows:

For the same battery, the smaller internal resistance will be better. As the battery life increases, the internal resistance of the battery will gradually increase.

The internal resistance of the same battery under different power levels is inconsistent. This is mainly affected by the electrolyte concentration. The lower the electrolyte concentration, the smaller the flow density of electrons and the larger the internal resistance. The higher the concentration of the electrolyte, the higher the flow density of electrons and the higher the internal resistance.The same battery has different internal resistances at different life stages. As the service life of the battery increases, the active material on the electrode plate will fall off the grid, and the area of the active material for power generation will decrease, resulting in a reduction in the current area, which increases the internal resistance of the battery.Most people think that the gel battery is better than the lead-acid battery, so the internal resistance should be smaller than that of the lead-acid battery. actually not. There is silica in the gel battery, and the electrolyte is gel-like, which weakens the mobility of electrons, so the internal resistance of the gel battery will be larger than that of the lead-acid battery.If your battery exceeds the reference value we give, it is very likely that your battery is insufficient capacity.
